THE JOURNEY
After 13+ years in the worlds of chocolate and frozen yogurt, Isaac and Rachel Collins are making their own mark on Kansas City as they evolve their beloved Frozen Yogurt shops to Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt and Chocolate.
The world of sweets is not only a passion, but an intention. By creating safe spaces for joy, connection, and self expression, Fifth & Emery is committed to facilitating change and adding good to our hometown.
THE NAME
Inspired by legacy, empowerment, and family, the name embodies the spirit of the brand. Fifth honors Isaac and Rachel’s son (the fifth generation of Isaac Collins) and Emery honors their daughter (Sage Emery).
As always— when you’re here, you are family. And we could not be more excited for you to now be a part of a brand so close to our heart.

Creation, inspiration, community, and impact— being locally owned means that we can pour more into our community than ever before. It means that possibilities are endless— from the products that we sell to the spaces we embrace.
We are excited to expand to more locations across Kansas City this year and to introduce delicious chocolates, caramel apples, and more to all locations in Fall 2025.
WHY BRING CHOCOLATE TO THE MIX?
We’re dipping back to our roots! Prior to his endeavors in the world of frozen yogurt, Isaac Lee Collins owned a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. During this time, he fell in love with the chocolate process. So, he’s dusting off his 4.5 years of experience with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to bring an updated, modern, and KC-inspired touch to Fifth & Emery’s chocolates, caramel apples, and other dipped confection offerings!
With the addition of chocolate, caramel apples, and dipped confections coming this fall, we will be even better equipped to serve you the flavors that you’re craving all year long! From custom orders to gift giving, we can’t wait to serve you in this category of creation!
